How to play charades (dumb charades)
- Split into two teams.
- The actor taps New word, peeks at it, and the 60-second timer starts.
- They act it out silently: no talking, no mouthing words, no pointing at objects in the room.
- Correct guess? Tap Guessed! for a point. Teams alternate after every word.
Standard charades signals

Tips for acting (and guessing) better
- Start with the category signal so your team knows whether it's a film, an action or an object.
- Act the easiest word first, not necessarily the first word.
- Go big. Exaggerated movements are easier to read than subtle ones.
- Guessers: shout everything. Wrong guesses help the actor steer you.
- For kids, stick to actions and animals and drop the timer to keep it relaxed.
